Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Chantel Elaine & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, Chantel Elaine & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and/or your local postal service.
